Throughout my extended professional experiences and encounters with various life circumstances, my unwavering commitment to continuous learning, growth, and self-improvement has guided my journey. Drawing upon my expanded knowledge and expertise as a solid foundation, I have confidently established my own business since 2006.
Career & business
Looking back, I realize that my entire career has been dedicated to helping corporations thrive by developing people’s soft skills.
As Managing Partner, HR Business Partner, and Regional Sales Director, I held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, HR, and management before starting my own company.
Since 2006, I’ve partnered with over 75 corporate clients in industries such as healthcare, MedTech, high tech, counseling, government, transportation, energy, finance, watchmaking, and business education.
I’ve designed and led workshops for thousands of professionals, from students to top executives, including women leaders and government employees. In total, I’ve trained more than 8,000 individuals on their path to leadership excellence.
International exposure
My journey is a testament to the power of continuous learning and personal transformation. Having lived in Brussels, Phnom Penh, Bangkok, mainly in Tokyo, and lately in Switzerland, I grew up immersed in diverse cultures, each with its own unique perspectives and ways of life. This exposure to different environments instilled in me an early understanding of "difference" and "relativity," teaching me that there is no single truth—only diverse contexts.
Curiosity
This realization sparked my curiosity and profoundly shaped my approach to life and work. I discovered that by actively embracing differences and courageously crossing the river of fear, we open ourselves to new possibilities and more profound understanding and cultivate a rich tapestry of experiences that enrich our journey and broaden our perspective on the world around us. The transformative power of stepping outside our comfort zone and embracing the unknown is a continuous source of growth and enlightenment, guiding us toward a more fulfilled and meaningful existence.

Because of these experiences, I firmly believe in the transformative impact of mindset shifts and the importance of creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can explore, grow, and thrive. As a Soft Skill Energizer, I don’t just teach—I facilitate dynamic, interactive sessions designed to leave a profound and lasting impact on participants, empowering them to navigate their own leadership journeys with confidence and resilience.

I thoroughly enjoy delving into the realm of learning and immersing myself in the fascinating world of research on human socialization. It is a deep-seated passion of mine, driving me to constantly seek out new knowledge and insights. I find great fulfillment in the continuous journey of personal growth and learning, considering it a noble endeavor that enriches my understanding of the complexities of human interaction. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to extensive training and education, diligently keeping pace with the ever-evolving landscape of advancements in the field. The fruits of my efforts have been truly remarkable, opening up new dimensions of understanding and offering invaluable insights that have enriched my expertise and perspective immeasurably.
Academic
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and a Postgraduate degree in HRD Management, which provided a strong foundation for my initial career in management and leadership roles in sales and marketing.
NLP Master Practinonner
I dedicated two years to studying and practicing neurolinguistics programming (NLP), earning a Master Practitioner degree in 1996. This transformative experience marked a quantum leap in my career, leading me to shift my focus and become a career consultant.
Women Leadership Trainer
After two years of intensive personal coaching in my mid-career, I decided to specialize in Women's leadership. I spent 24 months becoming a Master Trainer and Certified Coach of One Of Many®, a program dedicated to enhancing female leadership.
Conversational Intelligence
To further diversify my skill set, I completed a two-year certification process in the Conversational Intelligence tool C-IQ®, which is based on the latest neuroscience findings and developed by the late J. G. Glaser, a renowned anthropologist.
Value Point™
I am certified to debrief ValuePoint™ Online Instrument, a science-backed tool for classifying personal values among 375 options. This tool may be used for individuals and teams, helping align values and shape the future.
Diamond Power Index®
My most recent certification (2024) is related to understanding power and how it is used and misused by individuals and teams. The assessment is a 360° instrument specially tailored for individuals who manage people.
