Je la d\u00e9construis durant mes ateliers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"552\">Et pourtant\u2026 elle revient, sournoise, d\u00e8s que je rentre \u00e0 la maison pour redevenir Maman!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"777\">L\u00e0, je continue \u00e0 m\u2019excuser pour des riens: les p\u00e2tes trop cuites, le ciel gris, la mauvaise humeur d\u2019un proche.<br data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"649\" \/>Je m\u2019excuse d\u2019avoir oubli\u00e9, d\u2019avoir fait trop vite, de ne pas avoir pens\u00e9 \u00e0 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Un soir, alors que ma fille f\u00eatait ses 23 ans,\u00a0 elle a pos\u00e9 un vase sur la table.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"928\">\n<p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"928\">\u00ab Maman, \u00e0 chaque fois que tu t\u2019excuses pour un truc idiot, tu me dois deux francs. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1055\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui le vase est plein de pi\u00e8ces.<br \/>\nEt, quelque part, il a aussi rempli ma conscience : ce r\u00e9flexe est plus profond que je ne le pensais et \u00e9norm\u00e9ment difficile \u00e0 s&rsquo;en d\u00e9barrasser.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1060\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1114\"><strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1114\">Ce qu\u2019on s\u2019inflige sans s\u2019en rendre compte<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1272\">S\u2019excuser trop, c\u2019est rarement de la politesse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1272\">C&rsquo;est anticiper le mal-\u00eatre de l&rsquo;autre.<br class=\"yoast-text-mark\" \/>C&rsquo;est de la sur-attention.\u00a0<br data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1166\" \/>C\u2019est aussi une technique pour \u00e9viter\u00a0 le risque de d\u00e9plaire&#8230;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">En fait, on s\u2019excuse tr\u00e8s vite pour ne pas \u00eatre mal jug\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">Pour ma part, c&rsquo;est la peur d&rsquo;etre <em>une mauvaise m\u00e8re<\/em> (d\u00e9j\u00e0 que je travaille beaucoup et que j&rsquo;aime \u00e7a!)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">A toi de choisir l\u2019injonction qui t&rsquo;as berc\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">sois parfaite,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">sois discr\u00e8te,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">sois au service,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">ne fait pas de bruit,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">fais plaisir,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">d\u00e9p\u00eache-toi.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s clair que si on ne fait pas attention et qu&rsquo;on laisse partir l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/dominique-ara.com\/fr\/blog\/pourquoi-les-filles-craignent-davantage-lechec-et-comment-arreter-de-freiner-ton-ambition\/\">algorithme automatique<\/a> r\u00e9flexif &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">&#8211; On minimise nos succ\u00e8s.<br class=\"yoast-text-mark\" data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1335\" \/>&#8211; On att\u00e9nue nos phrases.<br class=\"yoast-text-mark\" data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1361\" \/>&#8211; On se justifie pour des choses qui ne d\u00e9pendent pas de nous.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1421\">Voici des exemples courants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1454\">Le projecteur ne marche pas ?\u00a0 \u00ab D\u00e9sol\u00e9e, le projecteur ne fonctionne pas. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1454\">Un coll\u00e8gue est absent ? \u00ab D\u00e9sol\u00e9e, il n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1454\">Un projet a pris du retard ? \u00ab D\u00e9sol\u00e9e pour le d\u00e9lai. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1454\">Il pleut ?
