Un accomplissement, une \u00e9preuve, une pr\u00e9sentation strat\u00e9gique hyper importante \u00e0 ton \u00e9quipe. Tu as coch\u00e9 toutes les cases plut\u00f4t mieux que bien.<br>Tu t\u2019attends \u00e0 ressentir de la joie, du soulagement, de la reconnaissance,&#8230; Mais ce que tu ressens, c\u2019est un creux. Un vide. Une forme d&rsquo;inconfort, de fatigue \u00e9crasante.  Et pourtant, le plaisir n\u2019est pas au rendez-vous.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">C\u2019est d\u00e9routant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:67px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b61b228ff616604aa346552621849db9\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;line-height:2.4\">Une tornade \u00e9motionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me souviens avoir v\u00e9cu exactement \u00e7a quand j\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 ma plateforme de formation en ligne <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"edu.dominique-ara.com\" href=\"http:\/\/edu.dominique-ara.com\">edu.dominique-ara.com<\/a>. Un projet titanesque qui m\u2019a oblig\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9passer mes limites, et \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des consoles techniques que je n&rsquo;avais jamais vues de ma vie, \u00e0 faire des montages en voyant encore et encore des d\u00e9fauts que je ne pouvais plus corriger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai mis en ligne les cours, j&rsquo;ai bien senti un moment de lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contrecoup a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la hauteur des mes efforts investis. Une vraie tornade \u00e9motionnelle. J\u2019ai m\u00eame eu un doute existentiel : \u00ab <em>Mais je suis malade en fait<\/em>&#8230;  <em>Est-ce que je d\u00e9prime ?  Pourquoi je ne suis pas contente? Il y a un truc qui ne va pas chez moi, je ne suis JAMAIS contente!\u2026 <em>Je devrais peut-\u00eatre arr\u00eater tout \u00e7a, \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a rime?<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez des femmes brillantes que j\u2019accompagne, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins de sc\u00e9narios similaires : Par exemple<br>Katia s&rsquo;est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e pour une foire commerciale, trouvant des solutions malgr\u00e9 les r\u00e9ductions de budgets. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement est un succ\u00e8s. Mais elle se sent d\u00e9\u00e7ue, et va jusqu\u2019\u00e0 penser que ses chefs \u00ab\u00a0la baratine\u00a0\u00bb avec leur \u00ab\u00a0its amaizing what you have accomplished!\u00a0\u00bb Elle n&rsquo;en croit pas un mot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de mont\u00e9e &#8211; descente n\u2019est pas une anomalie psychologique. C\u2019est une <strong>loi biologique<\/strong> en lien avec la quantit\u00e9 de production de dopamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:78px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-90ff2b2863b5df553b148015d0d9d5b9\" style=\"line-height:2.4\">Ce que la dopamine fait et ne fait pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On pense souvent que la dopamine est l\u2019hormone du plaisir. C\u2019est faux.<br>La dopamine est <strong>l\u2019hormone de l\u2019anticipation<\/strong>.<br>Elle monte avant le r\u00e9sultat. Elle nous propulse, cr\u00e9e l\u2019\u00e9lan, la motivation, l\u2019euphorie de \u00ab \u00e7a va marcher \u00bb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais une fois l\u2019objectif atteint ? Si le r\u00e9el ne correspond pas \u00e0 la projection\u2026 <strong>la dopamine chute<\/strong>.<br>Et parfois, elle tombe plus bas qu\u2019au d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le neuroscientifique <strong>Wolfram Schultz<\/strong> l\u2019a montr\u00e9 clairement : les neurones dopaminergiques r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart entre la r\u00e9compense attendue et la r\u00e9compense r\u00e9elle. Pas assez de retour \u2192 chute brutale du signal. M\u00eame en cas de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas tout : Selon les chercheurs <strong>Berridge et Robinson<\/strong>, la dopamine n\u2019est pas li\u00e9e au plaisir (<em>liking<\/em>), mais<strong> au d\u00e9sir anticipatoire<\/strong> (<em>wanting<\/em>). <strong>Autrement dit : tu ne ressens plus de joie apr\u00e8s parce que ton syst\u00e8me l\u2019a consomm\u00e9e <\/strong><b>avant<\/b>. What ?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:2px;line-height:2\"><strong>Plus on attend, plus on chute<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus on projette dans une action :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 de reconnaissance,<br>\u2013 d\u2019estime,<br>\u2013 de soulagement,<br>\u2013 de visibilit\u00e9,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;. plus la d\u00e9sillusion peut \u00eatre grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et cette d\u00e9sillusion n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec les r\u00e9sultats objectifs.<br>C\u2019est une trappe \u00e9motionnelle. Invisible. Mais redoutablement efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que tu fais tout \u201ccomme il faut\u201d. Tu anticipes, tu cadres, tu t\u2019impliques. Tu ne comptes ni tes heures, ni tes id\u00e9es, ni ton c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais dans un environnement flou o\u00f9 les succ\u00e8s sont absorb\u00e9s, normalis\u00e9s, peu c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s, tu ne re\u00e7ois <strong>aucun signal clair de victoire<\/strong>. Ton cerveau attend un shoot qui ne vient pas. Le psychiatre et chercheur <strong>Judson Brewer<\/strong> parle m\u00eame de <strong>manque affectif post-r\u00e9ussite<\/strong> : on devient d\u00e9pendant aux micro-r\u00e9compenses (likes, mails, feedbacks), et quand elles n\u2019arrivent pas\u2026 le vide s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et alors, ce n\u2019est pas seulement la motivation qui s\u2019effondre. C\u2019est <strong>la confiance en ton propre moteur<\/strong>&nbsp;qui crashe!&nbsp;Il y a quelque chose de profond\u00e9ment d\u00e9stabilisant \u00e0 <strong style=\"text-align: center;\">ne pas ressentir ce qu\u2019on pensait avoir m\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/strong>. La joie ne s\u2019impose pas. Le soulagement n\u2019arrive pas. Et tu te demandes si tu n\u2019es pas devenue insensible, cynique\u2026 ou cass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh bien non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je le r\u00e9p\u00e8te car j&rsquo;ai peur que tu n&rsquo;aies pas vraiment enregistr\u00e9 ce que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9crit plus haut : ce que tu ressens est <strong>le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un fonctionnement chimique<\/strong>, qui ne tient aucun compte de ta g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 ni de ton int\u00e9grit\u00e9. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que commence le <strong>vrai leadership \u00e9motionnel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:71px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-92911abebdd49654e178b0e78111c3ec\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;line-height:2.4\">Apprendre \u00e0 r\u00e9guler tes attentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secret consiste \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 une &nbsp;<strong>\u00e9cologie plus fine de tes attentes<\/strong>&nbsp;! ( je trouve l\u2019expression super pertinente&nbsp;!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que cela implique&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre de l\u2019\u00e9nergie sans en exiger un retour imm\u00e9diat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Te donner sans te faire avaler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rester lucide sans devenir cynique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Savourer pendant, et pas uniquement apr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le psychologue <strong>Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi<\/strong>, auteur du concept de <em>flow<\/em>, a montr\u00e9 que <strong>le bonheur durable vient souvent de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience elle-m\u00eame<\/strong>, pas de sa reconnaissance. Calibrer ses attentes, c\u2019est <strong>une forme d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>. La posture de celles qui veulent durer et pas seulement briller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-142fe0942d353904cee33cccaa0d701b\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;line-height:2.4\">Comment ne pas subir la chute?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand la dopamine te trahit, ce n\u2019est pas que tu as trop r\u00eav\u00e9. C\u2019est que tu as <strong>confondu intensit\u00e9 et v\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/strong>. Tu peux apprendre \u00e0 choisir <strong>comment tu t\u2019\u00e9lances<\/strong>. Et comment tu atterris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:2px\">Avant de te lancer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de t&rsquo;\u00e9lancer dans l&rsquo;action qui va exiger un gros investissement energ\u00e9tique, cognitif et physique,  pose par ecrit la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions et calibre tes attentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Au fond de moi qu&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;attends vraiement une fois le travail livr\u00e9?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je le fais pour la recompense et la renomm\u00e9e? Pour revevoir des lauriers et de la reconnaissance? Une m\u00e9daille? (motivation extrins\u00e8ue)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je le fais pour progresser, sortir de ma zone de confort avec curiosit\u00e9 et observer comment \u00e7a se passe? ( motivation intrins\u00e8que) en me donnant certaines permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:2px\">Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois pistes \u00e0 tester dans les jours avant et ceux qui suivent la fin de ton accomplissement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Te r\u00e9jouir d\u00e9j\u00e0 du <strong>chemin parcouru<\/strong> pendant l\u2019action, m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est pas compl\u00e8tement  fini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ralentir<\/strong> et encore ralentir juste apr\u00e8s ce pic de performance. Ne pas chercher \u00e0 \u00ab encha\u00eener \u00bb avec un autre projet ( histoire de cycle, voir mon article sur l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/dominique-ara.com\/fr\/blog\/sortir-du-piege-de-l-abondance\/\">abondance<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varier les sources de petites joies intrins\u00e8ques (qui viennent de toi) : mouvement, cr\u00e9ation libre, silence, sommeil, nature, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces actions regulent la dopamine pour la subtiliser \u00e0 la s\u00e9rotonine l&rsquo;hormone de satisfaction durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-903d865616a953ae02cb24b47d651969\" style=\"line-height:2.4\">En conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La prochaine fois, quand tu te sentiras&nbsp; un peu down apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9alisation,&nbsp; rappelle-toi que c&rsquo;est la chimie qui te joue un tour, et que tu m\u00e9rites de&nbsp;te c\u00e9l\u00e9brer pour le travail accompli.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour clore cet article, sache que \u00e7a va t&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 nouveau car <b>on n&rsquo;\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 sa biochimie. Mais on peut <\/b><strong>le conscientiser<\/strong> pour ne pas en \u00eatre une victime passive.
