Cela fait des ann\u00e9es que je g\u00e8re le travail d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe, mais je n&rsquo;ai jamais eu le temps d&rsquo;apprendre les nuances &#8211; les choses qui font toute la diff\u00e9rence. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>&#13;\n<\/blockquote>\r\n&#13;\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce que m&rsquo;a dit r\u00e9cemment l&rsquo;une de mes coach\u00e9es. Et cela a touch\u00e9 un point sensible. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une histoire r\u00e9currente sur le terrain<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>En tant que coach et facilitatrice en leadership, les participants \u00e0 mes ateliers r\u00e9agissent souvent avec beaucoup d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat lorsque je leur pr\u00e9sente un outil pratique &#8211; par exemple, comment donner un feedback, respecter une limite ou clarifier la responsabilisation.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00ab Pourquoi personne ne m&rsquo;a jamais dit cela auparavant ?\u00a0\u00bb<br\/>\u00ab Mon patron a-t-il suivi la formation ? \u00bb <br\/>La r\u00e9ponse ? Non, votre patron n&rsquo;a pas suivi cette formation parce qu&rsquo;il est <strong>cens\u00e9 diriger sans avoir \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer.<\/strong>   <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6fb104eb057086735733703f57609766\">Le co\u00fbt global du manager \u00ab par opportunit\u00e9 \u00bb<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des chiffres choquants<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Les Anglo-Saxons sont souvent cit\u00e9s en exemple en mati\u00e8re de leadership. En 2023, un rapport du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managers.org.uk\/about-cmi\/media-centre\/press-releases\/bad-managers-and-toxic-work-culture-causing-one-in-three-staff-to-walk\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.managers.org.uk\/about-cmi\/media-centre\/press-releases\/bad-managers-and-toxic-work-culture-causing-one-in-three-staff-to-walk\/\"><strong>Chartered Management Institute (CMI)<\/strong> et de <strong>YouGov<\/strong> r\u00e9v\u00e8le que <\/a>.. :<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li><strong>82% des cadres britanniques<\/strong> sont promus sans formation formelle<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>1 travailleur sur 3<\/strong> a quitt\u00e9 son emploi en raison d&rsquo;un manager dit \u00ab\u00a0toxique\u00a0\u00bb ( ou incomp\u00e9tent)<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>La moiti\u00e9<\/strong> des personnes dont les managers sont inefficaces envisagent de d\u00e9missionner dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e qui suit<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En 2023, le rapport DDI Global Leadership Forecast souligne que :<\/h3>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li> <strong>87% des organisations<\/strong> promeuvent des personnes sans les pr\u00e9parer<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>Seuls <strong>40 %<\/strong> des dirigeants de premi\u00e8re ligne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;un d\u00e9veloppement structur\u00e9<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Le rapport <\/strong>montre \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il existe des \u00e9carts importants entre les comp\u00e9tences dont les dirigeants ont besoin et le d\u00e9veloppement qu&rsquo;offrent les organisations.\nComment pouvez-vous vous assurer que vos managers sont en mesure d&rsquo;assumer ces responsabilit\u00e9s sans une formation ad\u00e9quate ?  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit des comp\u00e9tences dont les dirigeants disent avoir besoin et, en bleu, des proportions de dirigeants qui ont re\u00e7u la formation.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dominique-ara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2025.05.20_1624.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investissez !<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Comme nous pouvons le constater, l&rsquo;investissement dans le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership reste faible. Les entreprises consacrent des fonds importants \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour de leurs logiciels afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les menaces, mais elles n&rsquo;investissent pas suffisamment dans leur personnel ! Il est de la responsabilit\u00e9 des entreprises de former correctement leurs employ\u00e9s.  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><br\/>Le dernier rapport du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial montre qu&rsquo;en d\u00e9pit du fait que le <em>leadership et l&rsquo;influence sociale<\/em> figurent parmi les <strong>cinq comp\u00e9tences les plus importantes<\/strong>, l&rsquo;investissement dans le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership reste faible.<\/p>&#13;\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le changement : du contributeur au leader<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Les responsables hi\u00e9rarchiques promeuvent souvent des personnes sur la base de leurs performances techniques. Pourtant, diriger des personnes est un travail tout \u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rent.  Cela requi\u00e8re au moins 4 comp\u00e9tences:<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 donner un feedback qui ne d\u00e9truit pas la confiance et les agences de la personne.<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dynamiser les autres &#8211; et pas seulement \u00e0 faire avancer les choses<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;impact de son pouvoir et de la responsabilit\u00e9<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>La facult\u00e9 \u00e0 faire preuve de l&rsquo;agilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle sous pression<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de traits inn\u00e9s. Ce sont des comp\u00e9tences qui s&rsquo;apprennent.<br\/>Mais seulement si vous donnez aux managers l&rsquo;<strong>espace et le soutien n\u00e9cessaires pour se d\u00e9velopper.<\/strong> <\/p>&#13;\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il n&rsquo;est pas trop tard pour diriger intentionnellement<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Si vous dirigez une \u00e9quipe et que vous n&rsquo;avez jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9.e sur ces aspects particuliers , vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas le seul ni la seule.<br\/>Vous n&rsquo;avez pas \u00e9chou\u00e9. Vous n&rsquo;aviez pas les outils n\u00e9cessaires. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Je vous invite fortement \u00e0 rattraper votre retard: lire des bouquins, \u00e9couter des podcasts vous aidera \u00e0 comprendre.
