Et si les autres ne postulent pas ? C\u2019est qu\u2019elles n\u2019ont pas confiance ou qu&rsquo;elles ne sont pas pr\u00eates. Qu\u2019elles n&rsquo;en veulent pas assez.<\/p><p>C\u2019est un narratif inconscient qui malheureusement domine toujours dans les organisations.l<\/p><p>Dans ce dossier de 35 pages,\u00a0 je ne cherche pas \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0corriger\u00a0\u00bb les pr\u00e9tendus manquements des femmes.
